Guillermo Moscoso made two mistakes in the ballgame that led to the only runs the Florida Marlins needed in a 3-0 victory over the Oakland A's. Rickey Nolasco pitched a complete game for his first win in over a month (a complete game shut out against the San Francisco Giants). The Marlins have won their fifth game in over a month.

The A's were able to load the bases after back to back singles by Coco Crisp and Cliff Pennington and a Conor Jackson walk. But Ryan Sweeney popped up to end the inning. The A's showed no threat for the rest of the ballgame.

Guillermo Moscoso pitched six innings while giving up 3 runs, one earned, on four hits while striking out a career high eight. It wasn't enough for the A's who have scored nine runs in the last seven games while going 5-for-45 with runners in scoring position.
